I used it for my hands which have bad eczema, lots of open skin cracks and flaking skin. This cream is good because it's not watery, as usually lotions or thinner consistency creams will make my hands itch even more. Not greasy either. Definitely works to soften my hands to they feel sort of normal again. Smells like shea butter and vanilla.
