How To Use
Skin + Body
Use these oils topically by diluting 4-6 drops in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil.
Massage lemongrass oil over the arms, legs, feet, and other exposed body parts to repel insects.
Massage lavender oil into the bottom of the feet before bed to encourage sleep.
Use peppermint oil topically to relieve painful sunburn and sore and fatigued muscles.
Make an uplifting and soothing body scrub by combining 1 cup granulated sugar, ½ cup carrier oil, 10 drops peppermint oil, and 10 drops lavender oil. Store this in a jar and massage one scoop gently over the body.
Add 5-10 drops of any of these oils to a warm bath.

Add 2-4 drops of any of these oils to wool dryer balls and place in the dryer to give clothes a lovely scent.
Make a natural closet spray to repel pests and reduce musty odors. Combine 1 cup
water, ½ cup witch hazel, 10 drops lemongrass oil, 10 drops peppermint oil, and 10 drops lavender oil in a spray bottle.
Diffuse
Diffuse these oils by adding 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to an oil diffuser.
