Clove oil, lemon oil, cinnamon oil, eucalyptus oil, rosemary oil, tangerine oil, and nutmeg oil.
How To Use
Diffuse
Inhale Immunity Blend by adding 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to an oil diffuser.
This will purify the air, eliminate odors, and boost the immune system.
Skin + Body
Dilute 4-6 drops of Immunity Blend in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil before applying to the skin.
Massage the Immunity Blend into the chest and back to promote healthy functioning of the lungs and relieve sinus congestion.
Add 5-10 drops to a warm bath to soothe the body.
Make a natural antiseptic and warming hand wash using the Immunity Blend. Combine 1 cup of liquid castile soap and 50 drops of Immunity Blend in a dispensing bottle and blend the mixture well. Keep this bottle in the bathroom or kitchen.

Add 2-3 drops of Immunity Blend to dishwasher powder, laundry powder, and dishwashing liquid to disinfect and remove odors.
Make a natural disinfecting room spray using the Immunity Blend. Mix ½ cup water, ¼ cup pure vodka, and 20 drops Immunity Blend in a spray bottle. Spray this into the air as well as onto linen or surfaces that may need disinfecting.

I absolutely adore this oil. The smell, the benefits, etc I add this to my dishwasher loads, I diffuse it, I use it to clean with, and use it when not feeling well. The fragrance is definitely a warm, spicy scent. It smells like fall, and winter in a bottle.

I swear by this blend. I'm not even a huge 'essential oils person'... most of the time I just like them because they don't have chemicals in them. But, THIS oil is a lifesaver. I am a college student who is prone to sinus infections so, with all of the exposure to other kids, lack of sleep, and poor diet choices, I tend to get sick quite often. I can honestly say this blend does WAY more than any cold/flu medicines I have tried. When I get sick, I usually feel completely better in 1-2 days after using this oil. I'm actually only writing this review because I came onto the site to buy more of this blend.

My daughter sent me a link to this particular item, said it would be good for my upper respiratory problems. She was right it does hurt my upper respiratory problems it smells good and I put it in my diffuser when I got it now I run it every day I love the scent of it it does make the air smell 100% better I hope that maybe someone out there that has upper respiratory problems and just like the scent would order also. Myself as soon as my bottle runs low I will be ordering again it is a little pricey but for what you get it's worth every penny.
