Sandalwood Essential Oil (1oz)
Sandalwood Essential Oil
The Indian sandalwood tree, also known as Santalum album, is native to India and Indonesia. It has fragrant reddish-brown bark and thin oval leaves with a sharp tip. This tree latches onto the roots of other trees for survival.
Woolzies Sandalwood Essential Oil is steam distilled from the wood of the tree.
How To Use
Diffuse sandalwood oil by adding 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to an oil diffuser.
Skin + Body
Use sandalwood oil topically by diluting 4-6 drops in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil.
Add 1-2 drops of sandalwood to your face and body moisturizer for healthy glowing skin.
For a relaxing soak, add 5 drops sandalwood oil, 3 drops sweet orange oil, and 5 drops ylang ylang oil to a warm bath.
Make a closet spray using sandalwood oil to keep pests away and remove odors.
Combine 1 cup water, ½ cup pure vodka, 20 drops sandalwood oil, 10 drops cedarwood oil, and 15 drops frankincense oil in a spray bottle.
Pairs Well With
Sandalwood essential oil pairs well with frankincense, vetiver, patchouli, ylang ylang, sweet orange, and lemon essential oils.
For a calming oil blend that promotes focus, combine 5 drops sandalwood oil and 5 drops frankincense oil.
I wondered if the formula had been changed some. I seem to detect a slight difference from the one previously purchase thru Amazon in a kit with others oils. Also wondering if you have any sample of peppermint oil. I would like to try.
I love the scent of this Sandalwood. My only wish is that they sold them in larger quantities.
A lingering of loveliness
Purchased sandalwood oil ... placed 3 drops in diffuser last night. Mmmmmmm so lovely! Could still smell lovely scent in the morning. Val
