Again, like the other reviews the balm starts out a little grainy but generally goes away after the first use. I usually just stick to petroleum jelly when it comes to lip care, but this chapstick tops even that. It truly is life saving. :)

I actually like this lip balm, yes it is grainy, but a little bit goes a long way! I opened my second tube recently though and found a hair stuck to the sticker, not a big deal, but then I found a tiny black hair inside of the tube! the packaging was fully sealed when I received it, so I can only imagine where the hairs came from...better inspections need to be conducted when releasing products, because that was disgusting. I tossed the tube, I couldn’t use it after that. Disappointing, because I did actually like the product.

Grainy at first, then smooth as butta... Errr coconut oil! Smell is great, as is moisturizing for lips.
