although it doesnt exactly taste or smell like a christmas cookie, the texture is so smooth & it lasts, not sticky at all (which is all that should matter)! im not necessarily mad about the smell or taste either, because all that artificial scent and flavor that would have to add just isn't good for your lips, the light scent that it has now is perfect. just don’t eat it
CanadaHand Salve Taste and Consistency
I was very excited about this product. The box and packaging is adorable. I love “Christmas cookie” scented candles, etc., so I thought this would be an awesome lip mask. I bought one for myself and my friend as a gift, and when I tried it out I was super disappointed. I love Woolzies essential oils and they typically have high standards for their products. This is the first lip mask I have tried of theirs and I’m super confused why they decided to sell this. I wonder if all their lip masks are this bad. It tastes and feels like you’ve put scented hand salve on your lips. It’s truly yucky. I use it to hydrate my nails and cuticles instead. It also doesn’t smell like sugar cookie - it smells woody/floral.
