Light oil, provides superior moisture to skin and hair. Came with two applicators, a thin liner brush and a spooky brush which makes it difficult to not use an excessive amount but a little goes a long way. As for lash and brow growth they remains to be seen but as long as the product is castor oil as it says I don’t see why it wouldn’t give great results as I have used castor oil for hair growing the past. Glad I came across this product, love other Woolzies products and had been looking for a natural product to thicken lashes and brows.
