Basil oil, eucalyptus oil, lavender oil, peppermint oil, rosemary oil, sweet marjoram oil, and wintergreen oil.
How To Use
Inhale Head Ease Blend by adding 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to an oil diffuser.
This will promote relaxation and soothe pain.
Skin + Body
Dilute 4-6 drops Head Ease Blend in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil before applying to the skin.
Massage Head Ease Blend into the forehead, back of the neck, and temples to relieve headaches.
This blend can be massaged onto muscles and joints to relieve pain.
Add 5-10 drops to a warm bath to soothe the mind and body.
Make a soothing shampoo that can reduce headaches and migraines and improve scalp circulation. Slowly combine ½ cup unscented shampoo, ½ cup water, and 20 drops Head Ease Blend in a squeeze bottle. Apply a small amount of this onto the scalp and massage it in firmly and slowly before rinsing it out well with water.
Add 2-3 drops of Head Ease Blend to a dryer ball and place it in the dryer with your laundry. This will give your clothing a fresh scent throughout the day.
