Ingredients
The grapefruit tree, also known as Citrus paradisi, is a citrus tree native to Barbados. It produces sweet-smelling white flowers and large yellow-orange fruit.
The name grapefruit comes from the fact that the fruit grows in bunches that resemble grapes.
EXTRACTION METHOD
Woolzies Grapefruit Essential Oil is extracted by steam distilling the peel of the grapefruit.
How To Use
Diffuse
Diffuse grapefruit oil by adding 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to an oil diffuser.
Skin + Body
Use grapefruit oil topically by diluting 4-6 drops in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil.
Add 5-10 drops to a warm bath.
Make an invigorating body scrub for glowing skin by combining 1/2 cup coconut oil, 1 cup granulated sugar, 20 drops grapefruit oil, 10 drops peppermint oil, and 10 drops lemon oil. Store this in a jar and massage one scoop gently over the body.

Add 2-3 drops of grapefruit oil to dishwashing powder or dishwashing liquid to
degrease dishes and cutlery and remove odors.
Make an energizing and refreshing room spray by combining 1 cup water, ½ cup witch hazel, 10 drops grapefruit oil, 10 drops peppermint oil, and 10 drops lemon oil.

Grapefruit essential oil pairs well with basil, frankincense, peppermint, ylang ylang, geranium, lavender, bergamot, lemon, and sweet orange essential oils.
For an energizing and uplifting oil blend, combine 5 drops grapefruit oil, 5 drops lemon oil, and 5 drops geranium oil.
